Tour departure & pick-up service: All day tours depart from our sales desk & departures at Harpa Concert Hall, at the departure time given on your voucher. Our sales desk at Harpa is open from 08:00 – 22:00. It is the passengers’ responsibility to arrive at our ticket desk in time to check in for their tour. We offer a complimentary pick-up service from designated pick up points or hotels within the capital area. Passengers wanting to take advantage of the pick-up service are requested to be ready at the pickup point 30 minutes prior to tour departure. Passengers who do not want to take advantage of the pick-up service must check in at least 15 minutes prior to departure at our desk in Harpa. Please note that we do not offer pick up from Airbnb’s and private homes. Discount fares: Sterna Travel offers child and youth discount for children travelling with an adult, maximum of two children or youth per adult. Please note that the youth discount does not apply for groups nor a glacier walk. Cancellation policy: Tours must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to departure to receive a full refund. Cancellations received outside of the time limits cannot be refunded. All cancellations must be made with the original booking agent and the reseller must cancel the tour by email to info@sternatravel.com Liability: Sterna Travel reserves the right to alter routes or itineraries should the necessity arise, including irregularities due to adverse weather or road conditions. If Sterna Travel must cancel a confirmed booking due to external circumstances, we reserve the rights to contact the client directly either to reschedule the tour or offer a refund.
No responsibility is taken for losses or expenses due to delay or changes of flights, weather, injury, damage, negligence, war or other unforeseeable causes.
